New Client Appointment Deposit
All New Clients are required to place a deposit to hold their appointment slot. The amount of this deposit is non-refundable and is required to be paid in full before your scheduled appointment for your appointment to still be valid. If you do not show up for your appointment then we still get paid for some of the time we set aside for you. This fee is a one time new client set up fee to cover the extra time, paper work and so on that it takes for a new client. Once you become a regular client it will no longer be required. If you are making an appointment for multiple dogs then you will need to purchase one for each dog that you are making an appointment for.
